You can permanently delete your MyMedicineDiary account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how, and exactly what gets removed.
Delete in the app
- Open MyMedicineDiary and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Scroll to the "Danger zone" section and select "Delete account".
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Delete on the web
- Sign in at mymedicinediary.app.
- Open Settings from the account menu.
- Scroll to the "Danger zone" section and select "Delete account".
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
What gets erased
- Your account and login credentials
- Your medicine list, dosage schedules, and notes
- Your dose history and adherence records
- Your blood pressure and other instrument readings
- Photos you uploaded, including box, sticker, leaflet, and monitor images
- Caregiver invitations and profile-sharing links you created
What may be retained briefly
- Encrypted backups containing your data are purged within 90 days of deletion.
- Records we are legally required to keep, such as billing records for tax purposes, are retained only as long as the law requires and are not used for any other purpose.
Can't access the app? Email support@mymedicinediary.app from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you within 30 days.
